We are seeking a dependable, motivated Warehouse / Shipping / Courier Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a responsible self-starter who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, and local deliveries.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, motivated Warehouse / Shipping / Courier Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a responsible self-starter who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, and local deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of the warehouse.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately shelve incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
- Pack and label outgoing UPS shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
- Deliver and pick up merchandise between local retail locations.
- Deliver products to wholesale accounts and business partners.
- Safely operate the company delivery van for local transportation of goods.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and report repair needs for the company vehicle.
- Assist with general warehouse operations and support team members as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Basic computer skills; training on company-specific software will be provided.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory as required.
